Best dispensary in Frederick. I often make the trip from Hagerstown because I love it so much! Great product, timely and friendly service, and always a great selection at different price points! I absolutely love this place!

I've had a few issues here. The staff is nice usually, but they're disorganized. I put in an order earlier today and came to pick it up at 6:48 to find out they're closing early due to snow and they took their last customer at 6:45. Makes sense but I have a text saying I could pick up my order until 8:45. Why wasn't I communicated with? Well everyone with a preorder was called. I wasn't. Let me check the phone number, you obviously have the right one cause I got the text about my order. I've had a few issues here, but this is my last one. I'll go to curaleaf. This is the only dispensary I've had issues with calling about issues before arriving. I'm sorry doesn't cut it when we discuss medicine and missing a deadline by 3 minutes that I wasn't aware of.

So I had the worst experience purchasing my meds here. I won’t go into to much detail about my condition, but the structure of your sales and under experienced staff I dealt with gave me my first official public panic attack and I felt so humiliated with a packed building witnessing all of this. So my day starts great I get all my bills paid, go grocery shopping for the week and managed to scrape 100$ including like 5 bucks in change just so I can take advantage of their first time patient deal (which is $50 off of purchase of $150 or more) and have a nice little supply of meds for a week or 2. So me only having 100$ forces my total to be exactly 150 to get the 50 off. The first cashier lost patience with me and pointed me to the chair by the atm and said you can go over there and try to figure out how to make it 150$ with what you want so I did. So I get back in line again after finally getting it together and go up to the register and she’s like okay your total is 110 and i didn’t have it. Because of a flash sale that started AND ended by the time I got in line. Tell your employees to recommend the donation for the last prisoner project if you got what you want and just need to fill the rest of the 150$ because I would have been out of there if she would have. I know this probably seems insignificant to you guys, and so much more details can be put here that I don’t even want to write or explain because I’m getting upset right now reliving the experience. The kind lady that helped me out I appreciate her so much at the end but ultimately it’s the layout of that first time patient appreciation deal that brought my public anxiety to a breaking point and walked out with low quality products I didn’t even want because I just wanted to get out of there. At one point I was like I think “I think gotta go” and she was like “no we’re gonna figure this out” and I’m one of those guys that don’t wanna sound rude and I’m also very self conscious so all of this has me in tears again just thinking about how terrible I felt. I know it’s not your fault I I couldn’t bring more than 100 and still ultimately had to swipe my debit card anyways drawing me negative just to get out of that place. Good greens good riddance

Terrible customer service from a staff that seems overworked and a manager that borders on the spectrum. I came into the shop and made a purchase. In the process I asked can I add another item. This resulted in a ton of confusion for approximately a half hour from a gentleman that was trying to be helpful in saving 3 dollars. Had I have known this would incur an extra amount of waiting I would have paid the $3 or came back another time. Not a huge deal but I continue. In the process of a bunch of confusion with trying to get a transaction of 3 items finalized for a half hour somehow my credit card was left with the cashier. By the end of the transaction I was frustrated as I had no intention on a half hour experience and had things to do. I cannot blame anyone but me there but the situation contributed. This occurred right around closing so I had no ability to find out was my card in store. I left messages begging them to please contact me if found immediately. Even though my name was on the card and I am in system I received no call. The following day I received no call so I call the store to ask was my card turned in. I was left on hold for about 10 minutes. I hang up and call back and another person goes to look and finds the card. I wouldn’t be writing this message if that is all that occurred but just so nobody else had the same experience I came to the manager who has the same respect of matters like this as a teenager. I explained to him what occurred and he immediately grew defensive. I purposely left out names to not point fingers and told him I don’t intend to do anything but explain how the service could be improved. He started lying immediately claiming that they called me and then he started acting confused as if he couldn’t understand why I would have any complaint at all. I will keep this respectful buddy. You are not good at your job. I will not be back in there because I tried to tell you in a respectful manner hey please respect the customers time and if an ID gets lost please call them but you acted slow and on the spectrum. Did this somehow confuse you? Maybe now that it is in writing you can understand a little clearer. You simply have poor customer service

I only go to this place because there are not many dispensaries in the area, and their products are decent. The workers here are usually nice and give good recommendations, but today was very different . An employee tried to tax me an additional 10$ on a 37$ order . When I tried to pay with my debit card but it stayed at 37$ when I wanted to pay cash . Which I did do . She was very rude and kept rolling her eyes . Make sure you hire people with empathy & respect

Was in and out in under 10 minutes as a new walk-in customer. They do a weird thing where they upcharge your debit card and give you change back in cash. I don't know what that's about. There is preference for online orders, so I'll be doing that next time.

Top spot! Of all Frederick's dispensaries, this place consistently has the best deals. Service is great. Open later than everyone else. Out of the five cannibis stores I've visitedregularly, this is the one that keeps me coming back and keeps me loyal.

This is my new favorite dispensary. It's bright and clean with plenty of space. You queue up behind a rope so there's no confusion about who's next. There are separate lines for medical and casual customers, although if you're a medical patient the line is usually significantly longer. Better still, if you get there early there's virtually no wait. I did have problems locating the place. Google maps shows it literally in the middle of nowhere and some genius decided to put suite numbers on the doors instead of building numbers (it's next door to Dominos in the Aldi's shopping center).
